Refund Policy

No Refund/Cancellations Will Be Accepted Once The Order Has Been Placed As The Products Are Sent Into Production.

We are ready to exchange your product in following conditions.

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Original receipts would need to be included
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from www.fatimachikanhandicraft.com.
  • We don’t accept the exchange on the basis of likings.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

IN CASE OF DEFECTS : We accept exchange only if the product is defective and if it meets all the conditions mentioned above.

VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 07 days of the delivery.
